Job Description

As a Retail salesperson at Parekh Chandrajagat & Sons, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to suit their needs. Your primary duties will include:

Greeting customers warmly and engaging them in a friendly and professional manner. Providing expert knowledge and guidance on our jewelry collections, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship. Assisting customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences, budget, and occasion. Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Staying informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to serve our customers better.

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations. Knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gold, and silver. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
