Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers politely and confidently Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery Explain designs, pricing, and offers clearly Close sales and upsell premium pieces Handle basic billing (POS machine/software) Maintain clean display and stock awareness Build repeat customers

Good communication (Basic English/Hindi/Kannada preferred) Sales mindset Presentable & polite Experience in jewellery/fashion retail preferred (not compulsory)
