Job description

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Be responsible for sales from a given territory.

Solely responsible for planning & achieving monthly/ yearly target

Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Handling all client queries for their satisfaction and for creating new business avenues.

Maintain active communication and enhance trade relations.

Required Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor's Degree, at the minimum

Should have experience of field sales (interacting with retailers, distributors)

Ability to negotiate terms of trade

Basic understanding of marketing skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations

Should be a fast learner & have good decision-making skills

Should be passionate about sales

Experience in FMCG is a must

Must have a Two-Wheeler with Driving license

Knowledge of MS Office, MIS reports, MS- Excel.

Competency in English, Hindi and Kannada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
