Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture products
Manage in-store sales operations, ensuring smooth customer service and timely follow-ups
Maintain stock records, invoices, sales reports, and customer interaction logs
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order processing and fulfillment
Ensure day-to-day store operations run efficiently and address customer escalations promptly
Assist in showroom marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and after-sales support
Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features, materials, and pricing to customers
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Hindi, and Gujarati
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities effectively
