Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting footwear and clothing.
Provide accurate product details (sizes, colours, prices, offers).
Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable products.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Keep the store tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist with inventory, stock display, and store maintenance.
Operate billing systems and handle payments.
Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Interest in fashion and latest trends.
Friendly, energetic, and a team player.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
