Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and showcase products effectively. Maintain an inviting store atmosphere through visual merchandising. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and collections. Develop and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle transactions accurately and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, ideally within luxury goods or jewelry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. A genuine passion for luxury items and an understanding of current trends.
