Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, and evaluations as defined in the training framework and maintain accurate training records.
Adapt training methods to meet individual learning needs and different learning styles of store staff.
Provide real-time feedback during training to correct gaps, clarify concepts, and reinforce best practices.
Share timely and constructive feedback on assessments, role plays, and practical assignments to support performance improvement.
Participate in ongoing instructional support, professional development programs, and trainer upskilling initiatives sponsored by the organization.
