, with experience centres in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the experience centre and ensure smooth customer flow.
Greet and engage walk-in customers, showcase products, and provide design consultations.
Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and team performance.
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Train and guide showroom staff to deliver excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2+ years' experience in
retail / showroom management
(furniture/interiors preferred).
Excellent communication skills;
Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, sales orientation, and customer service mindset.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
