Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic & Market Development- Formulate and implement franchise expansion strategy aligned with business goals.- Conduct market analysis to pinpoint high-potential regions, competition, and growth trends.2. Lead Generation & Outreach- Source prospective franchisees via events, referrals, online channels, and cold outreach.- Qualify leads through initial screening, presentations, and follow-up communication. 4. Onboarding & Training- Oversee onboarding process: training, site selection, business setup.- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure consistent brand integration. 5. Ongoing Support & Operations- Provide operational guidance and conduct periodic site visits to ensure franchise compliance.- Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and help franchisees optimize operations. 6. Relationship Management & Growth- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, addressing concerns proactively.- Identify opportunities for franchisee growth, upgrades, or multi-unit expansion.
