Showroom Representative
to manage walk-in traffic and convert visitors into retail customers. You will be responsible for providing a premium customer experience through expert demonstrations while ensuring every lead is captured for our sales pipeline.
Objectives of this role
Maximize showroom conversion rates by engaging every walk-in visitor professionally.
Ensure 100% lead capture accuracy to feed the broader sales and project teams.
Maintain the showroom as a high-standard, functional "experience center" for our products.
Streamline the handoff process for complex project leads to the specialized sales team.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors, identify their specific requirements, and provide expert product demonstrations.
Handle pricing inquiries and manage standard retail discounts to finalize on-the-spot sales.
Log every visitor's contact details and specific requirements into the CRM immediately.
Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and that all demo units are fully functional at all times.
Efficiently identify and transfer high-value project leads to the Head of Sales.
Required skills and qualifications
High energy and a welcoming, professional personality.
Polished verbal communication skills in
Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Technical aptitude to quickly learn and explain product specifications.
Comfort with real-time data entry and CRM usage.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience in premium retail or showroom sales environments.
Background in customer service or hospitality.
- BASE SALARY + TARGET INCENTIVE (TBD)
