Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related questions Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences Process transactions at the register, including cash, credit, and returns Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism Stay updated on promotions, sales, and new product arrivals Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
