Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
Explain product details, designs, pricing, and offers
Assist customers in selection of gold, diamond, and other jewellery
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship building
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain showroom hygiene, display standards, and product knowledge
Follow company SOPs, billing procedures, and security guidelines
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic product knowledge of jewellery (preferred)
Willingness to learn and adapt
Presentable and well-groomed
Preferred:
Jewellery retail experience is an added advantage (Freshers can apply)
