Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and build a relationship with them

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Responsible for driving sales of jewelry products
2. Providing great customer service and address customers enquiry and resolve them.
3. Staying up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends, styles, and industry developments
4. Working with other sales staff and achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.

5. Count the stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.
6. Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter.

7. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, craftsmanship, pricing, and care instructions.

SKILLS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. A passion for jewelry and sales.
QUALIFICATION:

Graduation must for Fresher candidates.
