Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve and exceed sales targets Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively Operate POS systems and manage billing and returns Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets brand standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Positive attitude, team player, and target-driven Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software, etc.) Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
