Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Bag Retail sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the footwear manufacturing industry, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful customer relationship.
Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
Implement strategic sales plans to expand company's customer base and increase sales revenue

Customer Acquisition:
Identify prospect potential customers, including footwear retailers, dealers and brands, to establish new business and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Product Presentation:
Present our range of Bag manufacturing capabilities, including design, production processes, materials, and customization options, effectively communicating value propositions to clients.
?
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the footwear manufacturing sector, and utilize this knowledge to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability for both parties.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline, and prepare regular reports and analysis for management review to track progress against targets and objectives.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, design, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with production capabilities, customer requirements, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
? Freshers or 0 - 1 year experience in sales, preferably within the Bag manufacturing industry.
? Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Customer-centric approach with focus on building and maintaining long term relationships.
? Ability to work independently and as apart of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Knowledge of footwear manufacturing process, materials, and industry trends is preferred.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, opportunities and pipeline.
? Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
? +2, Diploma or Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.
