As a

Retail Sales Officer

at Tanishq, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in choosing jewelry, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their jewelry needs Show and explain product features (gold, diamond, etc.) Provide product recommendations and guide customers through purchases Handle billing, packing, and product documentation Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewelry Achieve individual and team sales targets Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally Assist in daily stock checks and inventory updates Follow all store policies and procedure

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive and customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing systems)

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
