We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our Mia Store team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting jewellery, share product knowledge, and deliver excellent service to help meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and able to engage with customers effectively in conversational English.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product information, features, benefits, and styling suggestions.
Support customers throughout the selection and billing process.
Work toward achieving individual and store sales targets.
Keep jewellery displays clean, organized, and attractive.
Handle cash and billing transactions accurately.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Stay up to date on the latest collections, promotions, and trends.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 12th Pass required.
One to two years of counter sales experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or jewellery.
Ability to speak conversational English.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and persuasion skills.
Professional appearance and confident communication.
Comfortable using basic billing systems and retail operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
