Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO) - Jewelry

Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our jewelry store team. As an RSO, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our jewelry brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and approaching potential customers.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering queries, and resolving issues.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including designs, materials, and craftsmanship.

4. Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and inviting store display, ensuring products are presented effectively.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.

Requirements:

1. Sales experience: Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry.

2. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Product knowledge: Basic knowledge of jewelry products, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.

4. Customer focus: Strong customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
