Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Officer to join our team at our Tanishq retail store in NCR-Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our jewellery products.



Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our jewellery products to customers Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences Maintain a clean and organized store environment Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of jewellery products and their characteristics. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
