Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers with a warm, friendly attitude Understand customer preferences and guide them in selecting jewelry Maintain strong knowledge of products, materials, gemstones, certifications, and current promotions Ensure smooth billing using POS systems and handle transactions accurately Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly
