Job Description

Responsibilities

- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

- Serves customers by helping them select products.

- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

- Responds to customers' questions.

- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.

- Assists customers with purchase decisions.

- Prepare payment advice receipt using the store point of sale system.

- Processes returns and exchanges.

- Be connected to the customer for conversion to the business need.

- Maximize the conversion ratio.

- Be polite and soft spoken to the customer or patron.

- Capable enough to understand the store layout and appearance quickly.

- Assortment and Bundle Selling.

Must be ready to attend exhibition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
