As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. Participate in promotional activities and upselling initiatives to maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual/bilingual). Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods. Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage, particularly in upselling techniques.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
