Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge Meet and exceed sales targets Maintain showroom displays and stock Handle billing and inventory software (training provided) Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduates preferred Prior experience in retail/jewelry/fashion sales is a plus Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English Positive attitude and a team player
