Job Title: Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery pieces.

- Provide detailed information about diamond quality, certification, and pricing.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

2. Sales:

- Meet and exceed sales targets.

- Identify customer needs and showcase relevant diamond jewellery pieces.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with knowledge of diamond jewellery, including 4Cs (carat, color, clarity, cut).

- Understand and communicate the value proposition of our diamond jewellery pieces.

4. Store Operations:

- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.

- Process transactions and handle customer payments.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery industry experience a plus)

- Strong product knowledge and understanding of diamond jewellery

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
