Demonstrate and explain the features, quality, and value of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Maintain knowledge of the latest trends, collections, and promotions.
Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
Maintain showroom appearance and ensure all products are displayed attractively.
Assist with inventory management, stock audits, and record-keeping.
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: High School Diploma; Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably in diamonds, jewelry, or watches.
Strong understanding of diamonds (4 Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and gemstone quality.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
