Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO) - Jewelry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Showcase and promote jewelry products to customers.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets.

4. Maintain knowledge of jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4. Knowledge of jewelry products and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
