Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Banker at Capital Small Finance Bank Limited. The Retail Banker will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, handling deposits, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills. Effective Communication skills. Experience in handling Deposits. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures. Previous experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
