Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

: Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.

Sales Achievement

: Drive sales by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Product Demonstrations

: Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest.

Inventory Management

: Assist in maintaining store inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.

Visual Merchandising

: Collaborate with the team to set up attractive product displays that align with brand standards.

Customer Feedback

: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with store managers and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

: Graduate or equivalent; preference for candidates with a background in retail or customer service.

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury segments.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.

Customer Focus

: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.

Sales Acumen

: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills

: Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.

: Professional grooming and attire in line with company standards
