Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for architectural products across the assigned territory.
Manage Project Sales through close engagement with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders.
Establish and maintain relationships with institutions, corporates, and key accounts for long-term business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
Key Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Project Sales (preferably architectural products).
Strong exposure to institute sales and corporate tie-ups.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
