Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Retail Sales Manager

with strong knowledge of

toys sales

and excellent

customer handling skills

. The candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, managing the retail team, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail store operations for toys sales Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints professionally Train, guide, and motivate sales staff to improve performance Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock availability Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with purchasing team Prepare sales reports and analyze sales performance Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and company policy compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of

toys products and toy retail market

Excellent

customer handling and communication skills

Leadership and team management ability Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Ability to handle customers of all age groups (especially children & parents)

Qualifications:

Minimum

1-3 years experience

in retail sales (preferably toys or kids products) Graduate or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
