Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales performance across all branches of Sabhan Furniture and Homvogue. The role involves supervising Branch Managers/Showroom Managers, setting sales strategies, monitoring branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving overall revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement



Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all branches. Track sales performance of each branch and ensure consistent growth. Design incentive schemes to motivate sales teams and drive performance.
2.

Branch & Team Management



Supervise 3 Branch Managers (Sabhan) and 1 Showroom Manager (Homvogue). Conduct regular review meetings with branch teams to monitor progress. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to improve staff performance. Ensure branches follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
3.

Customer Relationship & Market Development



Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated client issues across branches. Build long-term relationships with key customers and institutional clients. Explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development avenues.
4.

Marketing & Campaign Execution



Coordinate with the Retail Marketing Manager for promotions, campaigns, and offers across all showrooms. Ensure effective implementation of marketing activities in each branch. Track results of campaigns and share feedback for improvement.
5.

Operations & Coordination



Ensure smooth coordination between sales, purchase, warehouse, and delivery teams. Monitor inventory movement and suggest product planning based on sales trends. Standardize sales processes across all branches for efficiency and uniformity.
6.

Reporting & Analytics



Prepare consolidated sales reports for management on branch-wise performance. Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and suggest corrective measures. Forecast sales and contribute to annual business planning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
