Duties and responsibilities



Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, analyse performance,
and implement strategies to expand customer base and boost sales.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a
high-performance culture, conducting meetings, and providing coaching.

Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional, welcoming showroom experience;
handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build customer relationships.

Showroom Operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage
visual merchandising, and ensure product availability and presentation.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment, and
ensure product displays are updated and appealing.

Marketing & Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing for promotions, manage
vendor/supplier relations, and ensure brand consistency.

Skills and qualifications



Proven sales leadership, goal achievement, and team development. Strong understanding of sales tactics, customer service, and product knowledge. Analytical skills for sales data, financial management, and operational efficiency. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain an attractive, organized, and branded showroom environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Retail sales: 5 years (Preferred)
