to lead and manage our retail store sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, training and motivating store staff, and driving revenue growth across stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall retail store sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Drive revenue per store by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
Train, coach, and mentor store staff to improve sales skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
Monitor daily sales performance, analyze reports, and implement corrective measures where needed.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Coordinate with the management team for inventory planning, stock replenishment, and promotional activities.
Address customer escalations effectively and ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in
retail sales/store management
.
Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
