Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic & Market Development



Formulate and implement franchise expansion strategy aligned with business goals. Conduct market analysis to pinpoint high-potential regions, competition, and growth trends.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach



Source prospective franchisees via events, referrals, online channels, and cold outreach. Qualify leads through initial screening, presentations, and follow-up communication.

4. Onboarding & Training



Oversee onboarding process: training, site selection, business setup. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure consistent brand integration.

5. Ongoing Support & Operations



Provide operational guidance and conduct periodic site visits to ensure franchise compliance. Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and help franchisees optimize operations.

6. Relationship Management & Growth



Foster strong relationships with franchisees, addressing concerns proactively. Identify opportunities for franchisee growth, upgrades, or multi-unit expansion.
