Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
Handle VIP / high-value customers and assist in closing premium sales.
Monitor store performance, track KPIs, and prepare sales reports.
Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer handling, and selling skills.
Ensure proper merchandise display and stock availability.
Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for smooth store functioning.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
Promote upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
Keep updated with new collections, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain compliance with store policies, security, and quality standards.
