5. Maintain and update customer databases using MS-Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

- Proficient in sales techniques and confident in delivering captivating sales pitches.

- Excellent spoken English skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

- Strong proficiency in MS-Excel for data management and analysis.
