Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive for

Wilo Pumps

, working under the authorized Distributor. The role focuses on

appointing new retailers

, driving

secondary sales

, identifying and converting

new potential counters

, and achieving

sales and collection targets

.

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint new retailers / dealers for Wilo pumps in assigned districts Develop secondary sales through existing and newly appointed counters Identify potential pump counters, plumbing stores, electrical stores, and hardware dealers Convert potential counters into active selling partners Regular market visits for brand promotion and relationship building Achieve monthly sales and collection targets Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collection from retailers Share regular market feedback, competition details, and sales reports
Area to be Covered:

Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Balod, Kanker, Dhamtari, Bemetara, Kawardha, Mohla-Manpur, Gariaband, Mahasamund, Khairagarh and nearby districts.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in

pump / electrical / plumbing / industrial product marketing

preferred Ability to identify business opportunities and convert new counters Strong communication and convincing skills Willingness to travel extensively in assigned districts Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
