Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell healthcare products, services, or diagnostics to individuals, doctors, clinics, pharmacies, or hospitals
Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals
Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales trackers
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field(MBA Preferred)
5 to 6 years of experience in
retail healthcare or pharma sales
, preferably in ePharmacy, chronic care, or subscription-based models
Proven experience in customer acquisition, B2C selling, or retail network expansion
Strong team management and leadership skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and customize solutions accordingly
Fluent in English and local language (Kannada preferred for Bangalore region)
