Key Responsibilities
? Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to
achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities in
retail, banking, and corporate sectors.
? Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads, engage with
decision-makers, conduct sales presentations, and onboard clients
successfully. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
? Channel Partner Development: Identify and onboard strategic partners to
enhance reach and sales through indirect channels. Train and equip them
with product knowledge.
? Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends,
competitive offerings, and market shifts to fine-tune sales approaches.
? Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor sales performance metrics and
prepare reports for management review.
? Event Representation: Represent Waulite at exhibitions, conferences, and
networking events to boost brand presence and sales pipeline.
? Team Training & Leadership: Train internal sales teams and partner teams to
improve sales effectiveness.
Who We Are Looking For
Skills & Competencies:
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to understand client business challenges and align them with Waulite's
solutions.
? Strong consultative selling skills with experience in technology and hardware
sales.
? Proficiency in structuring and closing high-value B2B deals.
Experience & Background:
? Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital signage,
display technology, retail tech, POS systems, or banking technology.
? Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
? Prior experience selling to large retail accounts in sectors such as fashion,
FMCG, banking, hospitality, or consumer durables.
? Experience working with both direct and indirect sales channels.
