Greeting customers and providing a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
Understanding customer preferences and needs through active listening and consultation.
Guiding customers in selecting jewelry that aligns with their style, occasion, and budget.
Explaining the features, craftsmanship, and value of different jewelry pieces.
Providing styling advice and recommendations on how to pair jewelry with outfits.
Sales and Transactions:
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handling cash and credit card payments.
Upselling and cross-selling complementary items to increase sales revenue.
Product Knowledge:
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including gemstones, metals, and current trends.
Staying updated on new collections, designs, and industry news.
Articulating the unique selling points of each piece of jewelry.
Inventory and Display:
Assisting with inventory management, including restocking displays and tracking best-selling items.
Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintaining proper presentation and safety of jewelry on display.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities:
Staying updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Collaborating with other team members to share insights and strategies.
Performing administrative duties such as maintaining records and processing orders.
Participating in sales-driving events and promotions.
