We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Head to join our team. The Retail Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across all retail outlets while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can align retail strategies with organizational goals, improve sales, enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and manage employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all retail stores.
Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
Analyse market and competitor trends to adapt strategies proactively.
Ensure all retail operations align with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Streamline store processes for efficiency and effectiveness in inventory management, customer service, and sales execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and retail team to achieve performance goals.
Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the retail network.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team effectiveness.
Train and Develop existing staff to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Monitor store budgets, expenses, and profitability metrics.
Work with the purchase team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of products.
Generate and present regular sales and operational performance reports to management.
Ownership of the P&L for retail division.
Job Nature:
Primarily office-based, with regular travel to retail stores.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, or a related field. MBA preferable.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple outlets.
Skills:
Sales and operational improvements.
Strong leadership, Team management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with retail technology, CRM systems, and inventory management software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
