Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth Develop and execute annual retail sales plans aligned with company goals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all stores (COCO & FOFO). Analyze sales performance by region, store, and product category; initiate action plans for improvement. Collaborate with marketing for retail promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
2. Retail Operations Management Oversee end-to-end operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock display, and customer service. Conduct regular store audits, ensuring compliance with brand SOPs. Optimize inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure on-time replenishment.
3. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers. Define KPIs, review performance, and implement incentive & training programs. Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and customer focus.
4. Merchandising & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with the merchandising and supply chain teams for assortment planning. Analyze product movement, suggest transfers, markdowns, or reordering based on regional demand. Ensure the right product mix at every store according to local trends and demographics.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Excellence Ensure premium customer experience and service consistency across all stores. Monitor and act on customer feedback and store reviews. Uphold brand identity through uniform store presentation, staff grooming, and behavior.
6. Strategic Expansion & Profitability Identify new markets and potential store locations for business expansion. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to enhance brand positioning. Monitor regional P&L, operating costs, and profit margins to ensure healthy financial performance.
