Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet customers, answer questions about products, provide recommendations, and offer knowledgeable assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Sales & Transactions:

Process sales efficiently using a POS system, handle customer returns and exchanges, and manage all payment transactions accurately.

Merchandising & Store Maintenance:

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are presented well.

Inventory Management:

Receive shipments, conduct stock counts, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies to management.

Promotional Activities:

Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to encourage purchases and enhance the customer experience.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Loss Prevention:

Monitor the sales floor to deter theft and suspicious activity, and follow company security policies.
