Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally.
Recommend products as per customer needs.
Achieve individual & store sales targets.
Handle billing, payments, and returns at POS.
Maintain stock levels, displays, and store hygiene.
Support promotions, merchandising, and daily operations.
Resolve customer queries effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Experience in retail/customer service is an advantage.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Energetic, customer-first approach, flexible for shifts.
