Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery collections
Present and demonstrate products, highlighting design, features, and craftsmanship
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Ensure attractive display and proper arrangement of jewellery
Assist with customer queries, styling suggestions, and service needs
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and stock management teams
Requirements
Strong communication skills and engaging personality
Passion for fashion and a good sense of style
Customer-focused attitude with jewellery recommendation ability
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
Knowledge of retail sales and daily store operations
Team player with a positive and professional approach
Experience in fashion/jewellery retail (
