Showroom Sales Executive
To assist walk-in customers, using active listening to understand their needs.
To explain product features and benefits (e.g., design, quality, and pricing) effectively to customers.
To Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth of the showroom.
To prepare quotations, process transactions accurately using
in-store technology.
To manage customer queries and after-sales support.
Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed by store operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
Basic knowledge of products and the ability to explain features clearly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Basic computer skills for Quotation preparing, record-keeping, and follow-ups.
Previous experience in showroom or retail sales preferred.
* UG Degree / Diplomo in Civil preffered.
