Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery needs and preferences Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections effectively Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, certifications, and making charges Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of jewellery counters Coordinate with inventory staff for stock availability and updates Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services (resizing, repairs, exchanges) Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and promotions
