Roles and Responsibilities:



Greet customers and provide product assistance Promote and sell FMCG products to meet daily/monthly targets Manage billing through POS (Point of Sale) system Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately Arrange and replenish stock on shelves regularly Maintain store hygiene and product display standards Check expiry dates and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method Monitor stock levels and inform for reordering Assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock Conduct daily sales reporting and inventory tracking Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations Handle customer feedback and complaints politely Participate in promotional activities and seasonal sales Support during stock audits and physical verification

Male/Female



Education

: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Graduation preferred

Experience

: 1-3 years in retail/FMCG sales preferred

Knowledge of FMCG Products

: Basic knowledge of grocery, personal care, or organic items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
