Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the store manager. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages or popular items.
