Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles (floor, wall, bathroom, kitchen, outdoor).
Explain product features, sizes, finishes, prices, and brand differences.
Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
Coordinate with warehouse team for stock availability.
Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Update knowledge on new arrivals, designs, and trends in tiles
